How to Shop Online
Browse through our online catalog to find an item you are interested in. To choose an item for purchase, select the size and color that you want and click the Buy button. When you are done adding items to your shopping bag, press the View Order or Checkout button to proceed to the secure checkout form. After providing us with your shipping and billing information, you will be able to verify your order and total charges before finalizing your purchase.
Also, in case you have any doubt about the SECURITY of using our on-line ordering service, the credit information that you submit goes through Authorize.net directly to the bank. That information is not even available to us. So, if we need to make a change in the $ amount of your order for some reason, we have to call you for your charge number. Now that's SECURITY!

Return Policy
Oregon Cotton Mill Guarantee has always been simple and to the point: If you're not satisfied with any item you buy from us, simply return it within 30 days and we will gladly exchange it, give you in-Store credit, or refund your money, whichever you prefer.
To return an item, simply fill out and include the Merchandise Return Form with the item(s) you are returning. Be sure that your return is within 30 days from your original date of purchase.

Credit Card Payment Information and Sales Tax
We accept online payment by VISA, MasterCard, and Discover from customers w/in the United States only. For customers outside the U.S. we require a Certified Cashier's Check or Money Order from a U.S. Bank. There is no sales tax in the State of Oregon, so you will not incur any sales tax on your purchases.

U.S. & Canada Shipping
Click here to view our shipping chart U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipping is our standard method of shipment. Your order will usually arrive within 3-5 business days.
You can have your purchase sent via Postal Service Express delivery for $22.50. These services are available to most areas of the continental U.S. for in-stock items only. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
All packages will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to shipping addresses in the U.S. territories. Your order will usually arrive within 21 business days.
All packages to Canada will be sent via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to shipping addresses in Canada. Your order will usually arrive within 7-10 business days.

International Shipping
All packages will be sent via U.S. Postal Service International Mail to international shipping addresses for a charge of $39.50. Your order will usually arrive within 28 business days. International shipments may be subject to restrictions.
We do not accept credit cards for international shipments. If you wish to place an order to or from an international destination, we require a U.S. Money Order or Certified Check prior to shipment.
Orders to countries other than the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. The Oregon Cotton Mill does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to all countries. Countries that are restricted from all shipments include: Mexico, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea, Rwanda, Sudan, and Yugoslavia.

Shipment of Backordered Items
We ship backorders to U.S. Destinations via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail at no additional charge. Backorders to destinations outside the U.S. may be subject to additional shipping charges.
